Well, so says this rather well spoken & intelligent sounding fellow called Richard Dolan (UFO Historian & Author) so yeah he makes money off the subject by talking & writing about it (but that's not to say he's wrong? right? or am I wrong? 
) anyhow...
I know this will more than likely fall on deaf ears here but here's hoping....
WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD HAPPEN? WERE THE GOVERMENTS of the WORLD (probably the U.S.A.) to inform us and confirm that yes there are alien craft out there and they are being piloted by intelligent creatures far in advance of ourselves?
He gives his opinions on what is likely to happen soon after such disclosure (assuming it's what many of us believe it to be)
So the wake-up call to the human race is finally given (after what probably seemed like (at the time) a good idea for keeping a lid on things but with time and better camera's and well just more...more information on the subject to we ordinary folk and evidence that can't be brushed aside)
Would there be PANIC? the slow drip drip feed of this subject over the years would make one think NOT...the only way this would happen is if a fleet of ships suddenly appeared in the sky and began zapping everything in sight...THEN you have permission to panic.
It would be a BIG DEAL for sure....who gets the PRIZE of disclosing this to the entire world? it will go down in HISTORY as the biggest statement ever!
10 minutes into the film below with Richard Dolan he mentions something interesting & a little disturbing...the interesting bit is that he thinks it may be Russia or even China that go for disclosure first and the reasons for this are a WOW! and it's because of his thoughts on the U.S.A.
He gives it 20 years but thinks it will be done sooner so we could be looking at 2036 at the latest...if i'm still around i'd be in my later 60's.
Aw can't you do it much sooner so that hopefully we can get the tech in public hands and we can all start exploring our Solar System for starters
I do think there is a COVER-UP (I know no big surprise there then...and you folks that think it's nonsense....i'm ok with that!) but let's just assume for one minute it's true what would post Earthexit (I don't know I tried
) bring about...he brings up the kind of things most would...Religion, Tech, Medical advancements if they were in agreement to allowing us such things?
I have nothing really against the National Security Agency...I am sure they originally did it for a good reason but as in the film 'Capricorn One' it just got too BIG! time to let it out guys...MOST of the WORLD suspects anyway, let's get the wake up call finally...like Brex-it they'll be problems at first but we'll get over them (i'm ever the optimist)
BTW i thought Richard Dolan looked a little like one of our old regular posters (they've all gone now sadly...well except for you Darryl
) and that person is Prof David Rothery whose short interview on 'Life on Moons?' i'll also big-up and post a short-cut too, like the professor i'd pretty much bet my life savings (all £87.89 of it) on their being life within our own solar system and most likely on one of these moons...EUROPA is my bet.
And although fairly shy & reserved really these days (although you might not think it to read all this stuff) i'd hope upon disclosure an alien craft would be willing to let the Prof and I explore these moons for life (in reality they'll be no exploring as they'll know exactly were it is...but hey ho...just give us a 2 or 3 seater craft capable of exploration and count me in and I can FINALLY stop going on about all this stuff)
Then again the NSA (the real power along with the Black Op's folks, yup you guys (sounding like a GOONIE) it just got silly and too BIG!) folks may well try and keep the lid on things for another 50 years (or try to...what a waste of time & money) ok, even i'm still not fully convinced mankind is actually ready for what the whole truth might be, it could well be that we are an experimental species? wouldn't that be something...say hello to your parents
But I for one would love to know, trouble is would I believe it if they said...NOPE nothing to see here, I should but all the stories I've read and been told over the years...my father told me as a youngster about the Apollo 11 crater encounter (although where in the world he got this info from back in the early 1970's before the internet and the like is anyone's guess) but there is just too much evidence out there now...I mean astronauts and ex military bosses...COME ON GUYS it's GETTING SILLY.
