Thought some of you folks might like to see the scene I was talking about above with regards to DATA & STAR TREK : INSURRECTION in which he is CLOAKED (this might be what we are seeing here in this footage from Cornwall) & reveals himself to the population of this planet...



Fun scene & an under rated 9th STAR TREK film, sadly NEMESIS was hopeless (save for a BRILLIANT opening sequence with the ROMULAN Council after that I think they ran out of good ideas for a story that could & should have been much more interesting, as it was it turned out to be the most disappointing Trek film ever!)

And this is where I again suggest ANYTHING is POSSIBLE.

How do we folks really know we are not being MONITORED?
There seems to be enough prove to me when you add it altogether, they could be looking over my shoulder right now (as I type this)
