I enjoyed doing THE TOP 20 MOVIES for HALLOWEEN.

I LOVE lists like this, they're FUN, my movie lists haven't changed all that much! they make GOOD movies now but MY FAV's come from the 1960's, 70's & 80's MOSTLY & very few made these days get into my TOP 20's.

This PAGE will be for EVERYTHING ELSE 'HALLOWEEN' connected.

Hope to bring you some good SONGS, TV, Short Films, Interviews ALL with a CONNECTION to HALLOWEEN (which I LOVE)

But I shall begin with a few of our HALLOWEEN Toys that we have COLLECTED over the YEARS...it's always FUN bringing them down from the attic for OCTOBER (you even forget you'd got some of them)

Up first something I picked up in a store called QUAILTY SAVE & that's just what I did...it's a COMPLETE SET of 'GHOSTBUSTERS' figures (4 in the SET) you collect ALL 4 & you get to COMPLETE the 3D GHOSTBUSTERS SIGN type DISPLAY with 'Slimer' & what's more HE GLOWS in the DARK



Next Up...Some SINGING 'Halloween Pals' FRANKENSTEIN's MONSTER & His SINGING 'Pumpkin' friend.
How they get to have them so well co-ordinated as they move their mouths to the MONSTER MASH song is AMAZING!
When you set them off you would swear you were watching a long lost Live MUPPETS 'HALLOWEEN' TV SPECIAL
This was from 2 years ago at MORRISONS but I have NOT seen anymore of these since then.
If you spot one BUY it, truly amazing & lots of FUN.

Oh & just as good & picked up from SAINSBURY'S only LAST YEAR for £15 is the MAGICALLY Spider LANTERN which with the lights & special light bending panels makes it look like MAGIC is taking place & it's NOT a PLASTIC FRAME EITHER it's actually made of METAL which adds a nice look of quality about the piece (ALL of these types of HALLOWEEN Toys are reasonably priced & affordable) & when put away & reused they're great VALUE i think.

1) A DVD but with a COOL LOOKING 'Holographic' COVER...it's the ONLY reason i purchased it!
Watched the film & it's hopeless but the FACELESS ARCHER with the WOODS in the BACKGROUND give a neat 3D effect.

2) We have 2 Nice HALLOWEEN Themed Advertising BOARDS.
"The Olde Salem Pub" one shows off two skeletons drinking with the MOON in the BAACKGROUND (if only those 2 knew what was ON the MOON)
" The Olde Salem Broom Co" is a sign for a SHOP that makes SPECIAL Witches BROOMS DELIGHTFUL.

3) A Skelton BAT which is poseable with moving JAW & feet that can enable you to hang it upside down...COOL LOOKING thing i think?

4) The ONE EYED Illuminated & ALL Talking DOOR BELL.
For just £8 this is a nice Quailty Halloween Toy (PLASTIC but still well done)

Those are the legs of BABY GROOT (borrowed from my sister)
The creature is from 20 Million Miles to EARTH, called the YIMIR it's starts of very small & grows dinosaur size...NOT really a HALLOWEEN film as such, more a fantasy film from the genius that was RAY HARRYHAUSEN but it's a CREATURE so good for displaying.
The thing I really find FUN here is 'THE USUAL SUSPECTS' Mini Printed Art showing MOST of the HORROR MOVIE Icons over the years...

SMOKE 'EM if you GOT 'EM

This is a MUMMY SKULL I picked up from the POUNDLAND store which I have CHOMPING on a severed FINGER...a pound each & FUN I think.

You know of my LOVE for 'PARANORMAN' one of the BEST Animated / Stop Motion Pictures ever created & perfect HALLOWEEN viewing.
Well here is the original CINEMA Lobby BANNER I acquired soon after the films release...a RARE item & delighted to own one of only a few created.
Wonderful Artwork I think recalling SCOOBY DOO I think (a series I grew up with & still LOVE to this day)

You'll notice the MOON in the background



This next item is INCREDIBLE & is one of my fav's, bought many years ago, came as is seen with no packaging but I am 100% certain that this is from "Bram Stoker's Dracula" movie which you'll recall is a HUGE favourite starring GARY OLDMAN.
I think you'll be able to see the 3 different creatures he takes up in the film.
Starts off as the WEREWOLF like creature that takes on LUCY in the gardens then as you turn it he becomes DRACULA & finally it becomes that BAT like creature we see in the film (in the TAVERN when up on the table)
The HOLOGRAPHIC Display can not be replicated here but it is TRULY STUNNING.
Forget how much it cost me but It wouldn't have been cheap...and being such a BIG FAN of the film if I didn't have it now I would be happy to pay £20 perhaps even more...TAKE a LOOK...

It's funny how that small rocky outcrop here LOOKS a little like GREAT BRITAIN it's ALSO interesting that there appears to be NOTHING like this throughout this whole plain on PLUTO...damn thing looks like a BASE even from this altitude
