This Lunar Missions Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how Lunar Missions Trust with registered company number 8661432 and whose registered offices is at Wreights House, The Mall, Faversham, Kent, United Kingdom ME13 8JL, ("we", "us", "our") collect and process information about you when you visit our website www.lunarmissionone.com ("Website"). This Policy will also govern how you use our online services which include the purchase of Lunar Mission One merchandise and/or Digital Memory Box Vouchers, use of the Website's facilities such as the Lunar Missions Labs and membership of the Lunar Missions Club ("Services"). By continuing to use the Website, you consent to your information being processed in accordance with this Policy.

2.1 - Information you give us. We collect and store information that you enter on our Website or give us in any other way.For example, you may give us information about yourself when you use our Website in order to provide you with our Services. We may also collect and use information provided by you when you participate in surveys conducted by us or if you sign up for updates/communications (e.g., in relation to the Lunar Missions Trust education programme). You may give us certain information about you when you purchase Lunar Mission One merchandise and/or Memory Box Vouchers from our online Space Store. You consent to us collecting information such as the following from you when you make a purchase:

- Your billing address;
- Your delivery address;
- Your e-mail address; and
- Your beneficiary details, if applicable.
