I realise this may be slightly bending the rules, but nonetheless would like to see this project succeed. SpaceVR have prototyped a camera they want to put onboard ISS to take virtual reality footage both on board and of Earth. They only have three days left and are at this time looking like they won't get funded. I'm not sure there's much we can do to help them, but it's worth a try. So, are there any space-minded folks here who would like to try to help out?

Disclaimer: I have no direct connection to SpaceVR, but I am a backer. I've personally had a chat with the project creators and they seem genuine enough, though I make no promises - use your own judgement. I've also pointed them in the direction of LM1 as a possible source of collaborative endeavour, so this post is just returning the favour from the LM1 side.

Thanks for the tip Mark, I went ahead and supported it because it is a cool concept... As of today with 27 hours left it's hit 106K, so the project will be funded... I look forward to my unlimited views of Earth, Moon and Mars via VR! (I bought the Ultimate Swag Package)
