I noticed yesterday that the Space Store was down and I had hoped that new merchandise for christmas was being added but now it is up again but all of the merchandise has been removed. Why LM1?

I checked by the merchandise page a few weeks ago and very nearly ordered for Christmas a LM-1 metal pin & Baseball Cap for my father, they were reasonably priced, could pay by Paypal (I think?) but saw the prices were in dollars and wondered if they would reach me in time for Christmas...of course they should? but in the end for some reason I bailed on it and took time to think it over as I feel it's stalled a little lately.

I'm sure it's nothing Darryl but it's slightly concerning.

Will it be back up? and will new merchandise for Christmas be forthcoming?

Hello! We added a load of new stuff into the Space Store to go with our "Footsteps on the Moon" campaign (targeted mainly at the US in Sept & Oct). The campaign is now over and so we've cleared it all out again!

We hope to get the on-going merch back up soon, but we've been having problems with how our merchandise is shipped (apologies to anyone who had to wait for their last order, but everyone should have everything now) and the costs of shipping too, so we're looking at alternative methods...please let me know if any of you has a large warm dry shed and several hours a week to spare!!!!!

We do, of course, still have the lovely mugs, pins, etc, but don't want to put them back up until we have found a more cost-effective way of shipping it, as at the moment we're making very very little profit on anything and we're loathe to push the prices up as that doesn't feel right.

Thank you Angela for clearing that up. You say the Footsteps on the Moon campaign is over, does that mean photos can no longer be uploaded?

If that's the case then I missed the boat
I thought there was plenty of time to upload for this mission? is this the case? anyone have a cut-off date for uploading? THANKS

Pretty sure you can no longer upload your photo for the Footsteps Mission.
I tried last week, it seemed to work but the photo has not showed up on the gallery

The page is still there to upload photo's but it's clearly NOT working so I guess there goes our chance for this mission Darryl.

Knowing our luck we'll probably somehow miss out on uploading all our data for LM-1 too.

I wish someone would tell us how many new members we have?
This place is becoming more deserted by the day...think I might give it a big miss for awhile.
