Paul Conway created the topic: HAPPY Christmas to ALL you WONDERFUL Folks!
Merry Christmas to all you wonderful folk...the creators, the backers and the regulars.
I assume everyone's got all there Christmas songs on loop by now?
Got a favourite CHRISTMAS song?
I like most of 'em, from the classics 'White Christmas', 'Slade', 'Pipes of Peace' by Paul McCartney to a bit of Johnny Mathis's 'A Child is Born' and 'Fairytale in New York' (must be the politically incorrect, unedited version for me though without those words removed) it's crazy what you can and can't say these days! Kirsty Maccoll would be amazed by this!
Right now i'm lovin' the Tom Jones & Cerys Matthews tune 'Baby it's Cold Outside' it's got one hot video too.
If you like music, may i recommend 'The Making of 10cc' a wonderful doc featuring the four lads from Manchester on BBC4 (they should repeat it soon and it's worth searching for)
Actually having to write this and other posts offline as my PC is finally giving up on me, the damn thing keeps shutting down on me every few minutes so having to save it every few minutes...crazy!!!
Looking forward to my new PC Santa i think he got my note...you did didn't you?
oh and thanks for the kind words, good to see the forums have picked up a little bit.
I did read Darryl & Mike's thoughts on FORUMS vs FACEBOOK (and the like) and i can agree with both sides of this argument.
I do prefer forums but i can fully understand Darryl's thoughts about Facebook, Twitter and this kind of thing, like it or not this is now the 'IN' thing, short and sweet posts!
I used to run a few old MSN MovieBoard Forums...they were always busy and fun (but back then, in the 1990's there were no facebook or twitter) I think myself and Mike just prefer forums (as it would seem does Darryl)
Speaking of which if you head over to the LM-1 Facebook page you'll find the new promotional posters for LM-1 next year (surprised they were not shown here first but still a nice surprise) also linked to Angela's facebook page and it looks like she's been busy with Mr Cox
I wonder if we'll ever get theat Special LM-1 pair up with this pair?
I couldn't help but notice she had a similar tree decoration to ours (The Man in the Moon)
HAPPY CHRISTMAS everyone...See ya Next Year (hopefully)
Oh and MAY the FORCE be with YOU
