It's been a long while since i was on boards like this and they've changed ("They probably redesigned the sick bay too...you know engineers they love to change things") and it takes some getting used to but i figured the - was a bad thing and + a good but like the others i'm not for or against it and I think the creators did it with tongue firmly in cheek as a bit of fun.
