I kinda LOVE everything this amazing PLANET has to offer...
The countryside, the city, the geeks, the beauty, the wildlife, the sea, the music, the movies, Television, books & magazines, radio, tech, sport, collectibles (LOVE Poster Art...kinda miss Mike's art here...but I understand why he's lost interest) the food, discovering & reading about new things each day and the unknown possibility's out there

Comic Con in the USA is something that always seems like fun (expensive but fun $400 entry fee it seems...yikes!) and something i'd like to experience one day if i'm lucky...although my real dream is experiencing a trip into high EARTH orbit to witness our beautiful PLANET from Space (a high orbit observing station must surely be possible within the next 30-40 years? you'd think much sooner than that?)

Anyway...to the subject of the headline....just seen the new & completely badass advance tv trailer for "Star Trek Discovery"
That is one cool looking ship (saucer section looks like a supped up ufo saucer section with the lower section something akin to our stealth bomber craft with the nacelles fitted to the side) what with this which has the brilliant Nicolas Meyer attached to it and the possibility of William Shatner returning as Kirk & the Univeral praise for Simon Pegg's "STAR TREK : BEYOND" things are shaping up well for Trek adventures out there.

I wonder if we in the UK will ever get to see this? hoping SKY ATLANTIC will pick it up (still waiting for ASH vs the EVIL DEAD )

I like most things & I am sure there are parts of Twitter & Facebook and the like that are fine but it's not really my thing, however this photo of Brie in her MARVEL Baseball Cap is just the cutest thing...My don't she look pretty (can't wait for KONG : Skull Island good word of mouth already on this one)

Well would you believe it!
Not too long after posting the new Trek series trailer I found this...

Hollowed out asteroid...hidden battlecruiser looking ship...and Black Op's...hmm you think they've been reading & viewing the UFO files & postings on YouTube and the like

It's not the most beautiful looking ship that's for sure (that goes to the majestic Enterprise NCC-1701-A from Star Trek TMP which is just spot on) however I kinda like it, similar in design yet different...there's a theory it's a 'Black Op's' ship (ya know like the one's we have up there paid for by all those American Trillions of Dollars that went missing and can't be accounted for )

Just thought I'd let you know that Ash vs The Evil Dead is on UK TV, you have to have Virgin Media On Demand to watch it though. Which sadly I don't. HOWEVER Season 1 is out on DVD in a few months, check Amazon.co.uk!!!!

Sadly I also do not have Virgin but I am glad to hear we shall be getting the DVD / Blu Ray release (just in time for Halloween)
Evil Dead 2 is just a terrifically fun film (perfect for Halloween) and Army of Darkness is just pure goofy fun, I like the first one too but you can see Sam Raimi's amateur set up at the time...he perfected it with that second one...I have seen the trailer for Ash vs Evil Dead and it looks a HOOT! even GROOVY

I do hope you weren't put off posting by my naïve comment back there? you know I respect you right? as I do most people, it's just that I am a little older and have read i would have thought much more than you over the years on the subject...it's still one that divides people...and hey I may be wrong (but isn't the saying 'where there's smoke there's fire')

Have you seen the new Star Trek film yet?
I have yet to read one single bad review or rating for it...highly unusual...personally I loved the last one (Into Darkness) despite them playing around with the Khan character and the reversed....Nooooo but overall it was a terrific spectacle...it seems this new one ('BEYOND') is the pick of the three which is some going because that first re-imagined was pure genius, will see it in 3-4 weeks but seeing Anton Yelchin as Checkov one last time will sadden me, gone way too young...I guess you really do have to enjoy your life the best you can and in the moment...it's all we can do, well that and be kind to each other so sorry again about the naïve comment.
