I'm a BIG fan of Luc Besson's anyway but this looks a little bit like a remake of 'Barbarella' for modern audiences.

Probably won't be as campy or as sexy as Barbarella but WOW! just take a look at this trailer...if nothing else Besson always makes his films look spectacular & beautiful.

BTW the original Star Wars took much from the original VALERIAN French comic books and so this could be the perfect modern blending of Barbarella & Star Wars along with a dash of Besson's own "THE FIFTH ELEMENT" which is a wonderful quirky film with ONLY Chris Rock the futuristic DJ spoiling it a little....ENJOY.
