I DO believe we went to the MOON & Gene Cernan was ONLY 1 of 3 to go there twice & he was the LAST to leave a footprint on that place! (for now) and THAT'S really SOMETHING.
His final words spoken upon that place up there are one's i hope will come to pass one day...
"WE LEAVE AS WE CAME and GOD WILLING, as WE SHALL RETURN with PEACE and HOPE for ALL MANKIND"
Another PIONEERING & BRAVE 'HERO' has left this EARTH...what he truly saw? well perhaps only those close to him really know but here's my tribute to him as i am lucky enough to own an original press release photo from 1972 showing the crew APOLLO 17.
This was the final (official) APOLLO Mission and one that has been much discussed.
It was a mission in which a Rover Mission would enable them to photograph strange objects in close proximity with them close to the Moon & them (i have already posted one photo which looks to show a triangular in shape object which is very curious as later on in this rover mission the photo's taken would become over-exposed showing 4 or 5 of the rover's seat (wasted shots? by trained Astronauts? hmm) it's been said that they were simply changing film magazines and that's the reason behind this but to lose 4 or 5 costly frames? and then that final shot after these showing what does indeed to be a triangular / pyramid shaped object in front of them.
On NASA's official web site it states that they don't really know what it is, saying it could be the rovers seating and ending with a Question Mark ?
Now i ask you isn't that something? NASA do not know if it's the seat from their rover!...as you might guess I've studied it numerous times and as the tubular bar on the left hand side of the rover seems to be in view it would appear to me to be showing none of the rovers parts, it might be that they are facing downwards? as on the right hand side there does appear to be what looks like a glove? but up in front of them or if you like below them does appear to be this triangular shaped object which if you look closely does appear to have a very strange archway kind of opening to the right hand side slope?
Is it at all possible that this was an encounter with a triangular shaped ship?
It's a BIG mystery and only gets more mysterious on the official NASA web page of APOLLO 17 as the next picture after this is COMPLETELY missing!
Would love to see this one....may be nothing? may be Earth Shattering?
What i'm saying is that these BRAVE & COURAGOUS Guys may well have witnessed something truly remarkable and even if they didn't they're still real HERO'S in my EYES.

Here is that photo again of what looks to be that triangular object just above the MOON's surface during that APOLLO 17 Rover Trip
And then a cropped (due to file size) shot of that photo showing this triangular object upon the moon...keep your eyes peeled over on that right hand sloped side (it really does look like a curved entrance of some kind) and to the lower left what appears to be the tubular rod seen in many of the other Rover Apollo 17 mission photo's leading to this point...which would lead me to believe that this is showing either something directly in front of them (perhaps they were truly startled by what they saw and hence the wasted 4 or 5 frames of costly film) or it's simply a picture facing downwards?
I know which i would like to believe.

In the bottom left hand corner of the last image you may notice that tubular bar shaped object with what looks to be a circular opening at the end, well this seems to correspond well to previous APOLLO 17 rover shots showing these tubular bars either sides and to the front of the rover.
I'll post a comparison shot below but if you agree with me that this looks nothing like the 4 or 5 over-exposed shots of the rovers seating and structure but rather a forward looking shot then you can only conclude that this object in front of them is for real, looks to be triangular / pyramid shaped but just how big is it? and what is it? certainly the edges are more extreme than those hills and the like they passed on the way here.
