I LOVE well made, scripted & acted Tv series and having now seen 3 of the 10 episode's for this new Series called "The Emerald City" I have to say i'm liking it and would recommend it to anyone wishing to perhaps catch up with it.

THE EMERALD CITY can be found on 5 STAR (channel 30) you probably won't be surprised to hear that I LOVE the original "The Wizard of Oz" film but then again WHO DOESN'T?

There's no doubt whatsoever that this is a far darker, more adult in nature re-imagining of this story (although were not the original novels far darker?) if you can accept that it's not for children and can go with it I think you'll find it at least interesting.

Hoping the next 7 episodes will be just as good, oh and still LOVIN "Timeless" hope that gets a new 2nd season?


This WORLD looks amazing, I say world because judging by that very first episode they're not only not in Kansas anymore! they're actually NOT on Planet Earth either, you'll see if you watch it, then again there is a way around this, hmmm.
