So with "ARRIVAL" now just over a week away from hitting my Blu Ray player & being projected large onto our screen for all to see I thought i'd ask...

Are WE really ready for ALIEN Disclosure do you think?

There are many like me that find the idea very appealing & would like to see it happen...BUT there are always WHAT IF's?
Might such a decision be regretted somewhere down the line? well maybe (but I hope & think not) the simple truth is that if they are close by we are going to encounter them sooner or later & we will then have to cope with all the fallout from this & the implications that shall clearly come from such a decision so why not now?

A decision that WILL have to be made one day....it's ALL about the TIMING, when will we be ready for such a thing to be official stated & given out to the general wider public through popular news media (BBC, ITV, SKY) rather than these stories coming out on niche outlets through the internet (I still find it strange that news regarding this subject is kept very quiet on the main Tv news channels, do those in charge here already know about this? but are not allowed to let the wider general public know yet? until perhaps the date is given? another question for you, I do find the lack of serious documentaries or news stories concerning this subject very curious)
On the web there are some that are clearly faking things & dreaming up wild (FAKE) stories & making a living or profit from such subjects, hell one website I like even had a hissy moan (Tyler of SecureTeam you should know better it's NOT all about you) and whilst i'm happy for them to make a living from it be it by subscription or merchandise ALL I really want is the TRUTH.

So here is where I differ from the likes of the terrific Brian Cox (BBC science documentary maker & professor) and others (including my old sparring partner here at one time Darryl) who say they are NOT close by.

First up...Just take the words 'aliens' & 'ufo's' and go type them into any search engine & you will find some truly amazing stuff (stories, photographs, videos, evidence from highly important figures with access to information you & I could only dream of) this you would think could only point to these subjects (ok some may well be our very own black ops military space programme that is way more advanced than they will ever let on too the general public but there are craft out there that appear to do strange things like 'appearing & disappearing from out of nowhere')

There was even another story this week that appeared to show amazing footage of a large ship in orbit close to the International Space Station that had lights flashing & appeared to be huge (could well be that huge cigar shaped thing we've seen through the years)

So I differ from those folks views (above) because I would guess that they are FAR more advanced than we could ever imagine.
As recently seen, we are now beginning to detect & discover PLANETS very similar to our EARTH & soon we might even be able to see them as well as confirm that they have the right ingredients for life to exist there & with that it's surely only a matter of time before we happen to find one that does have clearly intelligent alien life there....with who knows what kinds of signals might be emanating from them? but they'll be so clearly intelligent that we'll know (if we don't already)

YOU don't think they have such ways of detecting such alien species as ourselves here? (yup to them we are the ALIENS)
It's been said they might not even be made of organic material we might actually be dealing with AI machines / robot likes? which of course would make things such as contact very interesting & daunting but yet might these simply be an alien race that have evolved beyond their bodies to encapsulate themselves in to a more robust everlasting machine body casing? so much to be discovered....it's going to be STRANGE (call for Benedict Cumberbatch he was GREAT as Dr Strange...get the 3D version & drink a glass of two of wine before watching!!! AWESOME visuals)

So you don't think they know about us? and yet just look what we are already discovering.

They have probably known about Planet Earth since the age of the DINOSAURS some 75 million years ago perhaps?
Ok that might be going back a little too far but who really knows?
Director Ridley Scott's latest alien films seem to be suggesting (albeit as a work of fiction) that they may well have made us & in so doing are in effect our parents (Hi 2nd Mum & Dad) or could it be that something was here before us? what did happen to all of those ancient civilizations here on Earth that looked like they were heading for incredible things but just seemed to die off? the Egyptians, the Mayans, the Aztec's & why not the Atlanteans from Atlantis (Antarctica?) can you imagine what these folks might have had by now?

They probably had this ability to discover planets many of thousands of years ago & theirs will probably be far more advanced than ours.

It's been said by the likes of Mr Brian Cox that it would simply take too long for them to visit us, now I love the guy he's a good fun presenter of high intelligence & he even loved the same kind of science fiction artwork books I loved as kid depicting future alien worlds with amazing ships/craft and yet he thinks there is no way they could get to us.

I think they are way more advanced than we could understand.
They have almost certainly figured out Interstellar travel & I know this is fiction but if they had something similar to the Star Trek tv series ship 'Enterprise' then an alien species from say this newly discovered system TRAPPIST-1 would take them only days or weeks to reach us at maximum warp (Makes You Think don't it?)

I know it's been said that going past the speed of light is impossible? and again I would say how do you know? you don't know this? you only know we can't do it yet...but let's say this is true? then if they had a ship that could reach just short of the speed of light (Warp 1 minus a bit ) that would then take them 39 years to reach us...a LONG trip to be sure but no so long to make it impossible you see.

And then there is the wormhole technology theory....manage this & this to me seems to be very clever advanced stuff & yet perhaps somehow it is just simply calculating where to open such a hole in the fabric of space to get you to the place you want to go large enough to fit big spacecraft through it & to keep it stable...anyone that's seen Star Trek will (either the Motion Picture or Deep Space Nine) will know they look to be problematic.
Like I said amazing way to travel but they probably have this....so HERE in a FLASH

And then there's perhaps those species that perhaps don't even come from our space but interdimensional beings? why can't they exist? or visitors maybe even from another universe & some folks think it would be difficult to visit us even from our own milky way

I could be wrong but I think any intelligent species anywhere close to us are already well aware of us.

It's the implications of such an announcement really that I think is stopping things? and perhaps halting our advancement?

Are we ready to know about & possibly have creatures or Alien Ai's around us & perhaps even interacting with us that are so far advanced than ourselves? well if it's a FACT what can you do? but hope they are not the silly types (wanting to needlessly take over the Universe & for what?( but are of the we are all together here (as it should be here on Earth ) let's get on with each other & make this place a better & even more FUN one.
This is my hope & if they have advanced knowledge & are willing to help us out with cures, longer life, starvation, free power, oh & whilst i'm wrting my Christmas list to the aliens how about that small ship capable of fast enough speeds to get to Pluto, Ceres & Titan please?

It would CHANGE EVERYTHING right? if we were given such things & then there's the what do you know about the universe? Big Bang? God & Religion? life after death, other species in the COSMOS? what do they believe? would they try to push there's on us? if intelligent they most certainly would not I feel and would try to enlighten us & show us the truths...well I would like to think so anyway but as I previously said you just never know what we could be dealing with...so caution it would seem is how we are going.

And let's just hope if we know or are already dealing with such species (as is often rumoured on the web) that the powers that be are NOT SELLING THE HUMAN RACE DOWN THE RIVER for profit, wealth & power...HUMANS only seem to care for themselves sadly, even I moan at times it's true.

I thought this a little amusing and I kid you not...as I was preparing this I was watching the BBC2 football programme MOTD2 EXTRA and the old firm derby match came up showing the logo of RANGERS football club and it says "READY" towards the bottom of the badge
An Omen perhaps?

Nah me neither...I ask the Question but I can only speak for myself & say that I think I am ready for any such announcement (of course if so then everything could change? or it could simply be a "they're here & have been so for a long time, they mean us no harm and they will not interfere (unless we want them too?) now go live & enjoy your life" in which case nothing's really changed except for confirmation for the fact another more intelligent species exists close to us)

Personally i'd like it to be something between the two, I would like answers to questions if they had them (i'm sure they would know a good percentage more than we) and I would like the good stuff, the cures, the free power to free up our world but might they ask for something in return?

I wonder what we might do in their shoes?

If I saw real suffering on a Planet I would find it difficult to NOT to help if we could, especially with this crisis on the horizon again in AFRICA.

Which might lead you to believe they have different thought patterns to us or there is reason they don't simply land in Africa and give them all the help they need or perhaps they really are not close by? and all these things we are seeing are our own expensive black ops craft (money well spent huh whilst a good section of the world starve)

We born in the developed World don't reflect how lucky we really are
