Here's a pic of my copy of the movie "PASSENGERS" if you have the 3D set-up I would urge you to pay the extra £3 for the addition of the 3D disc (that opening shot of the spacecraft AVALON alone at the beginning is worth it!)

Two super leads...of course we know CHRIS PRATT for his SUPERB turn as 'STARLORD' in the "GUARDIANS of the GALAXY" films.

There is nothing too out of the ordinary really here but I liked the way it played out as I could eventually see our first trips to such Worlds LIGHT YEARS away happening this way.

The AVALON is capable of reaching 50% of Light Speed (the TRAPPIST-1 System recently discovered to have 7 EARTH (that's 7!!!) LIKE PLANETS within it is approx. 39 Light Years Away so travelling at this speed it would take us 78 Years to REACH IT

You'll see WHY I found this slightly amusing if you watch it
The Beauty was that in Cryo Sleep these people within them would have hardly aged which if mastered could make exploring the nearby STARS & these EARTH like PLANETS very possible indeed & hopefully before the idiots running the PLANET perhaps DESTROY it!

If your paying attention here you may get a clue about the above time scale which so raised a smile with me...

Jim is awoken (nothing given away here) & as an engineer of sorts he tries to figure things out but begins by trying to relay a message back home (as you would asking for HELP) the computer replies it would take around 19 years for it to reach EARTH but that he would not get a reply until around 57 years, it's easy maths but might give you a clue as to how far away (roughly) this New World is, just don't read the BACK COVER of the B-RAY box if you don't want to know

It's NOT your SLAM BANG WALLOP action sci-fi it's more your easy going "SILENT RUNNING" slow burner type until reaching the BIG STUFF towards the end but personally I loved the way it played out because this is how I (hopefully) see our future missions to these planets panning out like.

Not sure I liked the ELITE band of passengers & the BASIC class types (but then again I guess we shall always have such things SADLY) but this has a fun little relevant moment used for purpose concerning this aspect.
I LOVED the Michael Sheen BARTENDER, Jennifer Lawrence is a GOOD & ATTRACTIVE actress and AURORA's struggles are interesting.

DON'T BUY IT if you ONLY like stuff like "Guardians" or "STAR WARS : ROGUE ONE" but if you liked "ARRIVAL", "SILENT RUNNING" & the "2001" types then you'll probably enjoy it...I found it to be a little like Silent Running meets The Poseidon Adventure

THE BIG QUESTION is ?

WHAT WOULD YOU DO? GIVEN THE SAME SITUATION JIM is PLACED IN?

Oh one more thing...and no doubt some might laugh but the DESIGN of the AVALON was a little amusing to me because CRAZY though it may sound to some of you? I've tried to show an APOLLO Mission Photograph that does appear to show something rather large between the EARTH & The MOON.

I don't think it's a photographic or printing error (such as a scratch or reflection) for the reasons I've previously given, it appears to be in part shadow like the Earth behind it & yet some 50 years or so later (just after that LIVE Trappist-1 press conference) here it was again at the top of the screen, faint at first & then becoming a little clearer for approx 5 minutes after, a LIVE FEED from the International Space Station showing the EARTH & believe it or not? (I don't lie) this EXACT SAME SHAPED & SIZED object looking like a long cylindrical SPACE STATION type looking a bit like the letter J but with this bottom curled J part seen about mid-way down it rather than at the end & so HERE it was AGAIN (NOW THAT's NUTS!!! someone EXPLAIN this to me?)

Something that NASA says DOES NOT EXIST or was a CAMERA or PHOTOGRAPHIC ERROR yet appears AGAIN in SPACE close to EARTH ORBIT some 50 years later!

Funny That (but hey by all means you choose to believe NASA for who am I to say such things exist in SPACE close to us?)

BUT THEY DO...I know what I saw...and it was this Apollo Mission object photographed by the crew but some 50 years or so later!

Would be AMAZING if it was a kind of reverse situation & what I was seeing was a SPACE STATION (a decent sized one at that) but one that could somehow be disguised or hidden most of the time & one that WAS NOT OURS

But perhaps rather came from somewhere like this TRAPPIST-1 System with otherworldly creatures from that World that discovered us many years ago & got here with a BIG SHIP & perhaps smaller SCOUT CRAFT & ABE's?

CRAZY? you think so?

The AVALON had a slim long looking shape about it with these curious curved gravity generating parts either side perhaps NOT too unlike this one?

Oh and for those that missed it last time around here is that MYSTERIOUS OBJECT again showing up in SPACE close to us again some 50 years or so ago later (in 2017) after having first been photographed by NASA's APOLLO Mission on the way back home in the 1960's

The whole 5 minutes of this LIVE ISS EARTH feed is nowhere to be seen but there is one uploaded video showing the Trappist-1 press conference & just 1 minute of the approx. 5 shown during the LIVE FEED before it was then ended.

And this is that object, faint I will admit here but it did become far more clearer as the LIVE FEED continued.

What are you seeing in this picture is this...

At the TOP of the photograph is US (our BEAUTIFUL PLANET EARTH) YES that's YOU down there SOMEWHERE?

In the centre of the picture is something that I must admit looks something very similar to this APOLLO mission object & the one I want to show you which is at the very BOTTOM of this picture (beneath the Triangular Structure which is NOT a UFO but rather a part of the International Space Station)

Could this piece in the centre be connected to this one? might it be an addition to it? another part of perhaps a space station (be it ours? or theirs?)
It's certainly curiously shaped again this one in the centre (has a kind of Saxaphone Shape about don't you think?)

But if you compare the smaller J shaped object beneath the triangular ISS shape you'll see this faint J shaped object (take it from me it got brighter & clearer a few minutes later) and hopefully you'll be able to see that turned around it would look VERY similar to that captured by NASA's APOLLO Moon Missions.

Now if so WHAT is it?

Well it really would be AMUSING if one of those PLANETS from somewhere like this TRAPPIST-1 system HAD sent it HERE & it's been here ALL THIS TIME & THEN SOME.

If some people were to be believed they think our PLANET's atmosphere is being changed? by use of CHEMTRAILS...those trails you see being emitted by aeroplanes?
I don't know? surely the governments around the world would NOT be SO STUPID as to POISON & Prematurely kill people by adding toxins & chemicals that would advance ill health (breathing difficulties? & the like?) SURELY NOT, if this were the CASE why?
You might be getting where i'm going with this? if this was an alien space station? might we be changing our atmosphere slowly over time to enable such a species to live here upon EARTH? with us? perhaps at the expense of killing some of our own people (the more at risk types, older folk etc)

Just a thought...I DON'T THINK so...for if such a thing was ever made aware to the general public there would be HELL TO PAY (and those giving the go ahead to such things would surely be HUNTED DOWN? & MADE TO PAY for their CRIMES.

As for this OBJECT? I just can't understand how an object some 50 years ago was photographed between the EARTH & the MOON and then does so again only MONTHS AGO...one that apparently does not exist
