Wasn't sure about this new series but with Nicolas Meyer behind it (he made two of the very best Trek Movies in "The Wrath of Khan" & "The Undiscovered Country" i guess it was always going to LOOK GOOD...if the scripts & storyline goes with this look then this could be a HUGE WINNER.

"SPACE...THE FINAL FRONTIER"

As a young child of the 1970's I used to LOVE this opening narration from STAR TREK.

But as you grow up a little & you read, hear & watch more about this material it becomes fairly clear (although not yet publically PROVEN) that SPACE is NOT the final frontier,

YUP for sure there is a LOT of it out there in our UNIVERSE....but what about the SPACE between SPACE? and to other UNIVERSES!

And then what of OTHER DIMENSIONS? if you read some of the UFO/ALIEN Encounters (and who knows if they are for REAL? but i'd guess them to be so) then you may have read that some of these SPECIES interested in us & our planet are NOT even from within our own realm!
THAT's GOING TO BE TOO DIFFICULT FOR MANY TO TAKE or UNDERSTAND...BUT TO ME...as a certain MR SPOCK liked to remark I find it "FASANATING"
