The delightful & charming Dr Frank Drake as seen in the recent 'Signals from Space' HORIZON Tv episode can also be seen appearing 
in this "UFO Seeing is Believing" Documentary from a good few years ago....what a SPLENDID Fellow.
I was moved to see how much he cared about this subject (something I can understand) in that Horizon programme & he can be seen here too.
Something tells me this GENTLEMAN knows they are already in & around us...I bet he certainly got a good few stories during "THE ORDER OF THE DOLPHIN" meeting which came up with that equation of HOW MANY Intelligent Alien Civilizations they believe are out there capable of sending out some form of signal (10,000 in case you missed it)
Clearly there could be more who have not yet quiet made it to that point in their history, now such a planet would be interesting to monitor where we able to do so in the next oh 50 to 200 years...would be like a STAR TREK episode!
I would hope we would NOT interfere in their natural progression UNLESS we witnessed intelligent creatures suffering! THEN if I were the COMMAND CAPTAIN as here
I probably couldn't HELP myself & would secretively try to help them, is that wrong of me? something like the splendid scenario seen at the beginning of the Star Trek film "Into Darkness" in which the teaser has SPOCK saving the Day by freezing up an active volcano about to destroy those creatures close by....GREAT FILM BTW.
Personally speaking I'd probably want to SAVE creatures that are NOT intelligent...as I LOVE Animals & Creatures of all kinds.
Still curious that we broke away in our evolution rather quickly whilst things like the Dinosaurs had many millions of years upon this planet & didn't really evolve...curious, watched a programme recently about dinosaurs & of course it was stated that had that asteroid strike not done so WE probably wouldn't be HERE...makes you think how LUCKY we are to be a part of this UNIVERSE in the first place!
