I would say do a check, find it & either WATCH IT or RECORD IT...it was BRILLIANT!
Another FANTASTIC Documentary with Dan Snow, Dr Alice Roberts & the WONDERFUL Dr Albert Lin (very Indiana Jones!)
Marco Polo made it to China in 1300 AD but here it is discovered the Europeans may have....(well i'll let you watch this part) and it's wonderfully done!
This resting place of the 1st Emperor of China is an amazing place...CHINA is an AMAZING place! I think once again CHINA might becoming the strongest & perhaps more stable? and intelligent of ALL the countries in the WORLD?
The Human Rights thing is annoying! if they could eliminate this then what a TRULY GREAT Country this could be & it's one if I could I would LOVE to visit one day...this place the Tomb with the Terracotta Army surrounding him (1974 find was it?) is INCREDIBLE!!! and we get to see & meet the guy (a farmer) that discovered it!!! WHAT a GUY!
Loved the story of the ROAD discovered & well it's like I've said previously...WE THINK we KNOW OUR HISTORY but the more we PROGRESS it seems THE MORE OUR STORY CHANGES!
And if the story here can be confirmed it changes it yet again...certainly CHINESE HISTORY.
It was most kind for the Chinese Government to ALLOW the BBC to do this with the help of Dan, Alice & Albert (I do HOPE they get this GROUP back together again to do a follow up?)
Yup China is an AMAZING PLACE with a HISTORY to match & they seem to be getting their stuff together.
I hope with a bit of luck to one day visit...this 1st emperor's tomb WHAT HIDDEN WONDERFUL SECRETS might yet be hidden deep inside? would love to see the Terracotta Army & it's treasures uncovered in the Museum & then there is THE GREAT WALL & of course THE PANDA's.
Brilliant Documentary, very well filmed, with super analysis...MORE of the same BBC PLEASE to add to the quiet brilliant 'HORIZON' strand.
See...and NOT one mention of the ALIENS
