Getting a good RUN of SPACE THEMED programmes on BBC2 of late & tonight at 9pm-10pm it continues!
"The 21st Century Race for Space" with Tim look-a-like

Who gets access to VIRGIN GALACTIC, BLUE ORIGIN (i'm LOVIN their CAPSULE which i showed you some months back with each seat around the edge given it's own viewing window, i wonder if Brian gets to sit in one?) & SPACEPORT AMERICA to see what's happening with their privately financed SPACE FLIGHTS.
The MORE the MERRIER & the more GENUINELY Private SPACE Companies (with NO interference from NASA) the BETTER as that will GIVE THEM a huge HEADACHE...How do they keep these folks from reporting back & showing the photographs & or Video footage that will show the STRANGE THINGS happening up THERE?
I really hope that at least one of these make these trips to SPACE a regular thing & the prices drop & that ONE of them (at least) CREATES an ACTUAL in orbit VIEWING PLATFORM...you head up, you dock, you admire the EARTH from a high enough orbit (i hope) to see the WHOLE PLANET (not just the rim of the world) you sit with your headphones admiring this EMOTIONAL scene whilst playing "WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD" & then 30 minutes later your back in & heading back down to EARTH.
I hope i get to see this ONE DAY..of course i would LOVE a trip to the MOON & a trip to that place on PLUTO but sadly i have to be realistic!
SHOULD prove an interesting watch...IF YOU MISS IT? it is re shown TOMORROW later on BBC2.
