Please don't feel shy of posting any photos you have of strange phenomena. It am fascinated by such things and it would be good to know they are from a person whom has genuinely experienced this as opposed to what the media publishes.
I have always wanted to have something like this happen to me just so I can analyse it personally and try to make some sense of it.

Hi David, thanks for the kind comments.
I will say this, as I see it...there does seem to be more and more people on the internet that are posting what seems to be fake footage & photo's but who's to say really?
I would never do anything like this, I'm guessing those that do this are perhaps looking for some kind of fame? or money? like you these subjects simply intrest me but I'm not engulfed by them, I have a general open minded intrest in them.

The incident my sister and I encountered was truly incredible, it was during the 1980's and was just strange (the word of choice here)

As for the photographs, I'm still trying to gather some more information but i would be happy to post them here in due course and i would be happy
for anyone's help and opinions?...if they are NOT U.F.O's in the true sense (alien craft) then honestly I'm ok with that...any explanations would be welcomed.

There are two different photographs...the first shows the ridge of a range of hilltops (for both) and hovering above this first is what seems to be a strange looking craft.
If i eventually upload it i would ask you to try and zoom in and what you will see looks funnily enough like the SKYDIVE ship in Gerry Anderson's UFO series (the part that separates from that within the ocean) it's so strange! and no it's not an added fx shot i added later :-)
Trying to judge the size of this is difficult I'd say but i think it's fairly large as there are paths/walls in the foreground.

Photo 2 is perhaps even stranger...As it shows a viaduct with a train crossing (we were waiting for that shot) and maybe it's because we were pre-occupied with looking at the viewing screen (which is small) is the reason we didn't actually see it for real (only when we finally uploaded the shots to the laptop did we see them) what appears to be in the photograph is your typical X-Files saucer shaped UFO (slightly tilted to one side) above the ridge top but closer than the first above, there's also something else in the sky close by to it but further in the distance (this looks like cigar type craft that has been mentioned) but this is perhaps too far back to really see properly but it's there nevertheless.

Are they aircraft? guys sky gliding? an airship blimp? (funny place to be if so) i would have to say no but could be wrong.
Not teasing Dave (ok maybe a little) but really want to see if anything else has been reported in this area...found nothing as of yet though.

Well David because you have shown an intrest in these photo's and there doesn't seem to be a lot happening here in terms of what people have seen and having asked my father, he's given me the thumbs up for me to upload them for you.

I have tried to obtain some more information on them but the only thing's i've found are here below...

On this page (below) "Huffington Post" there is what looks to be a very similar looking craft taken in Shipley (also in Yorkshire) but just a little lower to the one we took which was at the Ribblehead Viaduct in the Yorkshire Dales.

www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2013/10/21/ufo-...cture_n_4134930.html

This next page (below) might be of intrest to Mike (should he ever read this) as it features a number of artworks.
However scroll down to "The Dale of Angels" and if you read to the side you'll find a little section that mentions a setting for a spectacular UFO sighting but there is nothing else (no description of it)

www.ianscottmassie.com/blog

I also found this page (below) which shows a map of handgliding or paragliding in the Yorkshire Dales so perhaps it could be one of these?

www.dhpc.org.uk/site-guide#sitemap

Although i would suggest were this to have been seen closer to us (such as above the train itself) i feel it would have been larger than a paraglider? judging by the photo but also how come we did not see it afterwards? if it had hung around surely we would have noticed it and the answer would
have been clear for all to see?

Take a look at this information and then our photographs and i'm happy to invite everyone and anyone to chip in with their thoughts? and/or suggestions?

To me the first photo shows what seems to be a very similar looking craft to that seen on the Huffington Post photo.
