Had an idea I would like this movie & i am HAPPY to confirm I did.

What in the World was James Cameron ON ABOUT???
For someone who CHAMPIONS Women in High Profile Film Roles I just don't get those comments he made.

It set female roles back 50 years & GAL GADOT was too sexy & beautiful!!! well I am HAPPY to report he's right about one of those statements

This is wonder woman, she is sexy, she is strong & YES she is beautiful but what might surprise some of you is that she is not seen in her MAIN costume throughout the movie & even if she had it was no more revealing than Lynda Carter's from the 1970's TV Series!

You want a GOOD, STRONG & SEXY FEMALE Role Model? well we JUST GOT ONE!

This film reminded me a little of MARVEL's "Captain America : The First Avenger" although I am against WARS of ALL TYPES (Ok let me revise that a little as with WW2 we DO sometimes have to battle the EVIL's of this WORLD in order keep GOOD our World) but I do LOVE a GOOD WAR FILM and this one brings us a good dose of such a scenario along with some SUPERHERO Goodness.

I will try not to spoil anything major here but I very much enjoyed it, if you have been disappointed of late with DC's movie output? well I think we just got there first film to rival some of MARVELS output & hmm that's MARVEL-OUS too cheesy?

LOVED the OPENING half an hour or so on Diana Prince's (LOVE how this name is explained later on in the movie) ISLAND with Chris Pratt (from Star Trek) crash landing there, she learns of the first world war & thinks she can end it, she discovers things about herself in this section & after leaving the island.
The Amazons here are amazing! OLDER WOMAN Mr Cameron in film, being strong, beautiful, intelligent & HEROIC so what's your problem?
Both Connie Nielsen (as her mother) & Robin Wright (as her friend & trainer) are SPECTACULAR & are very good here, both are older women (even older than myself & well I am OLDER too, well ok I feel like AN OLD SOUL anyway)

David Thewlis is a very good British actor & Lucy Davis (from the UK version of The Office) looking somewhat different to what I remember is BRILLIANTLY subtle FUNNY.

Some good sequences throughout the film...could it have been better? YES but it could have been a downright DISASTER too but HAPPY to report it wasn't & proved to be very ENTERTAINING with a decent moral meaning, Diana is a HUNTRESS but even she comes around to thinking different....
Perhaps something some of our current WORLD LEADERS might yet do? WE CAN ONLY HOPE can't we, for...

ONLY LOVE CAN TRULY SAVE "THE WORLD"

And with that here's the BRILLIANT & SEXY Lynda Carter (another of my crushes growing up, gezz Chris you had a lot of crushes? I KNOW ) as WONDER WOMAN from the 1970's in the SEASON 3 TV series OPENING TITLE Sequence...WONDERFUL.

Well that Harvey Weinstein HOLLYWOOD news story sure got BIG & it makes me (and I am sure a good many other guys) SQUIRM.

Perhaps this FINALLY ends the ERA of the so called 'CASTING COUCH' & HOLLYWOOD can finally GET REAL...

Women can direct just as well as Men (WONDER WOMAN here was brilliantly directed I thought)
Women can act as good as Men (and YES there should be MORE ROLES for older Women...GLAD to see MICHELLE PFEIFFER heading back to CINEMA SCREENS after years away)
Women can do the same jobs & SHOULD be PAID exactly the same as a Man DOING the SAME JOB...it's CRAZY they still don't!!!

I will ADMIT I don't really like seeing WOMEN taking on such things as BOXING or taking up Arms in COMBAT...I LOVED boxing at one point but it's a SILLY SPORT isn't it? I hate that I can still tolerate it but I wish it was BANNED...hammering each other in the name of SPORT is rather silly but if WOMEN want to do this too? then that's their choice & the same goes for COMBAT.

For the most part I think WOMEN might even be the better of the two species...and it's because (for the most part) they are NOT War Like & are MORE nurturing & caring...A WORLD RUN by WOMEN? well I think it might be a FAR BETTER PLACE if it WAS than the EGOTISICAL rubbish we have in charge at the moment!

Oh & Women are FAR more BEAUTIFUL than Men...a personal preference of course (it's the way I was brought up & thankfully I was brought up well & to RESPECT Everyone for which I am thankful to my parents)
Like I said previously I see no HARM in BEAUTY & seeing it...it's rather BEAUTIFUL

So let's HOPE finally ALL this BS is the beginning of the end & we can ALL now be EQUAL as HUMAN BEINGS whatever you are? or where you come from?

IF we cannot figure out this ONE SIMPLE THING then we shall NEVER move on to the more IMPORTANT THINGS & ISSUES OUT THERE which are yet to be DISCOVERED speaking of which has ANYONE seen "STAR TREK : DISCOVERY" TV Series yet? see what I did there

This new series as i understand it is a complete stand alone story in parts & has a WOMAN in Command of the ship & as 2nd in command (who is the star of the show) an ETHINIC lady too who is truly beautiful (having seen the trailer) yes they're only slowly changing the face of women on Tv (it perhaps would be too much to have two ladies in charge that were NOT beautiful & who were perhaps 60-70 years old! but that MIGHT now follow one day & not just as tokenism!)

Being on NETFLIX I have not seen it but have heard GOOD THINGS about it...just awaiting the BLU RAY

This guy LOOKS to be in SERIOUS trouble & I was very saddened to hear about all of them but especially the British actress LYSETTE ANTHONY who many will remember from the Tv Series THREE UP, TWO DOWN with Michael Elphick & of course she played the BEAUTIFUL Princess in the underrated gem of a FANTASY film "Krull"

It is alleged that this guy forced himself on her at around this time as she has stated so today, if true (and I think I know who I believe) then this guy is in serious trouble now! as there are others.

I like Lysette Anthony she was beautiful but seemed like a nice lady to go with it (she was POSH but seemed NICE) so SAD to hear of this.

How in the WORLD could this have been brushed under the carpet for all these years?
I mean KRULL was made in 1983 when I was still at school...it's MADNESS.

Makes you wonder just what else has been covered up in this WORLD?
