Wonderful photos!!

So...who's going to be photographing the eclipse on 27th/28th Sept (depending on where you live)? For us in the UK I think it's about 3-4am on the 28th. I'm going to bed early and setting the alarm!!

Wisdom is what you realise to be true about 20 years after someone older and wiser tried to tell you...

The moon seen in Perth, Australia. The picture was taken in the first week of 2011 after my Sydney-Perth bicycle trip.

Great photo Roland!

Hang on!! Did you say Sydney, Perth bicycle trip?? wow. If I remember correctly it took me 6 hours to fly it.

Hey,

on 28. Sept. at 2:47 AM UTC we will have a lunar eclipse. Additionally, moon's orbit will be closer to our planet's orbit. The moon will appear reddish as "blood moon".
