Hi Abi, and to all those who won't be able to make it on the 30th, we'll miss meeting up with you, but I'm sure this will be the first of many gatherings As Stavy has mentioned, we'll make sure everyone gets to hear about the event.

Although I'm not the world's most active tweeter I suspect there'll be quite a few on the day, and if you're unable to make it, and you want to get involved, perhaps one way (if you aren't already) is to get familiar with Twitter - there's still time. That leads me onto a second thought... Perhaps LM1 could arrange for a real time online chat with those who can't make it to the physical location. That way far more of the community would be included in the day's events. If one of the sessions could be broadcast with simultaneous chats (as the OU did during the Kickstarter period), that would ensure everyone who wants to could feel part of the day.

If they wanted to record it as well something like twitch would do. They can live stream speeches and things and it has a instant messaging chat window for those watching. (though it usually gets crowded and some messages are missed)
