Two and a half hours Paul for an eye test, wow.

On the ranking system it does look like pilot is rank 2 at 40 posts. So 20 for each rank. We will all be admirals by the end of the month no matter. Easy enough to change anyway. Its probably just some simple line of code somewhere that says if user has this many posts give them this rank and use the slightly bigger blue line. I'm sure they could just change the number that is required for each rank. Could be as simple as that. No matter anyway its more important that the community is up and running and everyone is getting involved.

I think ranks were set before they knew how much people would post. It will need some tweaking. It's on my list!

Martin...True, it was very busy (unfortunate for me as dislike waiting rooms and sitting down for any length of time with my back is a no-no)
so the two and half hours included this waiting, entering Room 1, (it was a bit like a sci-fi film in which they had three test machines , more
waiting for Room 2, the actual examination...better with or without and quiet a long talk with the optician.
Finally a good time picking out the glasses trying them on and paying.
I was surprised too at the length of time, thought it would take about an hour and a half.


As to the rankings then...Is it possible to be RULER of the UNIVERSE (do they do this here?)
I shall rule true and just and be fair to all

Best thing about today for me is it's Formula 1 race day. Hamilton not on pole this week so he really needs a good start.
